One step away from EVERYTHING

The gorgeous little Hotel Therese is really close to everything that would interest a tourist on his/her first visit to Paris. The Louvre is so close it’s ridiculous. And then you are also smack in the middle of Little Tokyo – close to my favorite Japanese restaurant there – Kunitoraya. L’Eclair de Genie is also almost around the corner. So as already said it is really perfectly placed. For fashion aficionados the Place de Victoires and Rue de St. Honores (Colette and more) are both around the corner.

The lobby of the hotel is a place to actually sit down for a second and find your energy after a long day of whatever you have been doing…there is lots to do in Paris. Designed by Jean Louis Deniot and described as a neo-industrial atmosphere it invites literally everyday for complimentary tea & cake.

In the basement is the cute breakfast area which managed to design a welcoming place where there is no daylight – especially with the submarine – metal vibe that i totally loved. Good job guys.

The rooms are clean and welcoming – i like the walk-in closets and the no fuss bathroom. All in all a relaxing place to spend the night. The staff is very helpful and charming. Breakfast is classic with the usual suspects but additionally fresh pressed orange juice – no additional costs. More places need to incorporate that. But don’t forget to leave room for the delicious food Paris has to offer.

Vive la France. Vive la Therese.
