Inspire new inventions

The founders (David, Robin and Yannick) opened this cute and hip pizzeria after their success with Ellis Gourmet Burger. Step away from anything that sounds like “italian pizza” because this place throws away all conventions and tries something new. It might not be anything for traditionalist and i wouldn’t go there for my standard pizza fix but you can’t argue with their ideas and even more with their delicious “pizza”.

Here the dough is made with beer yeast (Duvel) baked on stone and topped of with conventional (Salami) and unconventional (Pear and Blue Cheese) ingredients.

The industrial shed look with the wooden tables and chairs is an updated version of the New York hipster restaurants and i loved the airy feel to the whole place. With its close location to MAS (the brilliant museum in the shape of a huge reddish LEGO brick building) makes it a perfect spot chill and fill those tummies.

I can definitely recommend the ham pizza with a lemon twist, the beef pizza with fennel seeds and red onion, the one with salami and the indian chicken pizza. Stay away from the pineapple it’s not the 80s.

You can’t buy happiness but you can buy Pizza and that’s kind of the same thing.
