Time to take a ride through Bombay

To say: “Don’t go to a restaurant for their food” is a weird recommendation but for a place like the Bombay Bicycle Club it is right on point. A two story house full of weird, unique and lovely at the same time.

As soon as you enter you know what I mean because it’s decorated from top to bottom in an indian, european and african style but with the tendency of a hoarder.

The service is funny, surreal and fast and always trying their best to represent this Alice in Wonderland place, offering you classics from their menu like Drunken Camembert and In the Arms of… (these are actual names of the dishes – menu). The food itself is good but not outstanding with my favorite being the ribs.

I soon realized that people come here mainly for having fun, boozing up (they have awesome offers and happy hour) and enjoy a night out through the looking-glass.

Their cocktail menu lists the classics and some Bombay specials like the tasty Philipps Screw Driver or the Cranberry Tequila Mojito (menu) so get ready to party and maybe grab a bite or two.
