When you love Lebanese food. – Galette Traditionnelle Libanaise

This is one of the places i visit every time i am in Paris. Its wraps are one of my all time favorites and the convenient location next to Centre Pompidou makes this a perfect combination of art and grub.

They do serve pitas and mezzes and some Lebanese “anti-pasti” but it’s all about the Man’ouche made on the traditional saj – a convex metal griddle and even some Lebanese friends of mine told me that their food is indeed very authentic

There a lot of different ways for your wrap to be filled with favorites ranging from the Zaatar to the Lahme B’ajine but my personal preference is the halloum with extra basil, mint, tomatoes and olives. This is Lebanese Street Food and i love it!

Don’ forget this is a “sandwich joint” so there is no inside and there is just one table to lean on while eating but right next to the shop is a park bench. So chill there for the 5min you need to devour this baby.
